What does it mean if I get a message box in Firefox telling me that the script on this page may be busy or may have stopped responding, and do I want to continue?  Or in internet explorer, the page seems to be running very slowly with nothing happening followed by a message box asking to stop running the script?

If your search is going to pull up a lot of markers, it will take your page longer to complete the task of generating these markers for your map. The map will come up, but you may have to prompt it to continue more than once.

What is an infowindow?

By clicking on a marker on the map, or clicking on the label to the right of the map, a window will open on the map pointing at the marker that it is attached to.  The infowindow contains information about this marker.
